Job Descriptions
All personnel who will provide direct care or have contact with clients will be required to have DOJ fingerprint clearance (e.g. LiveScan) and Child Abuse Index clearance for personnel working with individuals. Proof of clearance will be furnished to the regional center upon request.
Program Director
Reports to: Executive Leadership
Responsibilities
Organizing and supervising the program in accordance with the program's established policies;
Overseeing the areas of budgeting, program design and implementation, project planning, staff development and training, evaluation and the direction of program services; and
Organizing and monitoring the intake and continuing assessment process.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 18 months of experience in the management of a human services delivery system; or
Three years of experience in a human services delivery system, including at leastone year in a comparable program or a bachelor's degree in a human services related field and
Demonstrated ability to provide staff training, supervision and planning.
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Reports to: Program Director
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of ABA-based behavioral support plans.
Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA), to determine behavioral needs.
Supervise ABA staff, providing training, support, and feedback.
Monitor progress toward behavioral goals and adjust interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure integration of ABA strategies into the individual's overall plan.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services.
Direct Support Professional Supervisor (DSP)
Reports to: Program Director
Responsibilities
Implementing program curricula;
Directly delivering individual and group learning experiences to assist each consumer served in obtaining his/her IPP objective(s) for which the vendor is responsible;
Maintaining data regarding consumer progress; and
Participating in consumer assessment, planning and evaluation processes.
Provide direct care and support to individuals during program activities.
Assist individuals in achieving IP objectives, including social skills, community integration, and independent living skills.
Collect daily data on attendance, participation, and progress
Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals during all activities, including community outings.
Follow behavior support plans and provide feedback to the Behavior Technician or Clinical Supervisor as needed
Qualifications
Three years of experience in a human services delivery system, including at least one year in a comparable program or a bachelor's degree in a human services related field: and
The demonstrated ability to provide staff training, supervision and planning.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
